Business purpose: Operation of a practice for pediatrics and adolescent medicine, provision of premises, infrastructure and personnel

At Ordination Glückskind, self-employed doctors and other (medical-related) freelancers and self-employed persons offer their services. All doctors are members of the Austrian Medical Association or the provincial medical association and are registered in the respective lists. In addition, all doctors carry out their work on their own responsibility, therefore Ordination Glückskind is not liable for the medical or medical services provided at Ordination Glückskind. Ordination Glückskind is not a group practice within the meaning of the Austrian Medical Practitioners Act.

The Glückskind surgery is a purely elective surgery. The doctors treating patients have not concluded any contracts with health insurance companies. Patients therefore receive a fee note after their visit, which is paid immediately on site. The fee notes can be subsequently submitted to the statutory health insurance company, which usually covers part of the costs.
