As a specialist in pediatrics and adolescent medicine, I completed my training at St. Anna Children's Hospital, where I continue to work. From the beginning of my training, I worked in pediatric gastroenterology - a specialty that still fascinates me today. In this area, I look after children and adolescents with a wide variety of acute and chronic gastrointestinal complaints and liver diseases and accompany them on their way to recovery.

Abdominal pain is one of the most common complaints in childhood. It can have a wide variety of causes - from harmless triggers to acute or chronic illnesses. It is precisely because the causes are so varied that a holistic approach is particularly important to me. I want to understand and treat children and their families comprehensively - medically sound, empathetic and with a view to the entire environment.

In addition to my work in gastroenterology, I was also able to gain valuable experience in other areas during my training - such as general pediatrics, oncology and haematology.

I want to create a place of trust in my practice. My aim is to accompany each child holistically - with calm, understanding and a clear focus on the child's well-being.
