Can I just go to the pediatrician without an appointment?
Please always make an appointment. This allows us to plan our processes well, keep waiting times as short as possible, and take enough time for your child. You can easily book an appointment online or by phone at +43 1 394 00 56 agreement.
Are there short-notice appointments if my child is sick?
Yes, we also try to be there for you on short notice for acute complaints. However, even with fever, pain, or sudden symptoms, please make an appointment first—online or by phone. This way, we can better assess when a visit is advisable and organize the process efficiently.
What is the weekend service?
Our weekend service is intended for acute complaints on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The practice is open on these days from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We ask that you schedule an appointment in advance, even on weekends.
How much does an appointment cost?
The Glückskind practice is a private practice. This means: The invoice is paid on-site first and can then be submitted to the health insurance company. A portion of the costs is usually reimbursed; with private supplementary insurance, another portion may also be covered depending on the insurance. The current price list includes, among other things, 150 EUR for an urgent appointment and 200 EUR for an urgent appointment on a weekend or holiday.
How can I pay at the doctor's office?
Payment is accepted in the practice by cash or ATM-/Credit Card Possible.
What happens if I have to cancel an appointment?
If you cannot make an appointment, please cancel in good time. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours previously in person, by email, or by phone. In case of late cancellation, no-show, or booking and cancellation on the same day, a cancellation fee may be charged.
