Course schedule
Course description: This course is aimed at mothers and fathers with newborns, or future parents, who want to learn physiological newborn handling to promote their child’s motor and sensory development right from the start.
Important tips are given on carrying, dressing and undressing, washing, breastfeeding and sleeping positions. The newborn child is also shown how to move naturally. There will also be enough time for your questions.
Course dates: 4 dates of 50 minutes each

Course description: In the baby massage course you will learn how to pamper your baby with a special massage (according to Frederick Leboyer and Eva Reich). You will receive a script with information about baby massage and a suitable organic massage oil.
Effect of baby massage:
- Can relieve flatulence and colic
- stimulate digestion, strengthen the immune system
- soothe and relax, promote bonding and the child’s sleep
- promote the child’s physical development and body awareness
- Through the loving touch of the parents, the body feeling and thus also the self-confidence is sustainably strengthened!
Course dates: 3 dates of 50 minutes each
Participants: The course takes place from 3 participants (including child). The maximum number of participants is 4.

Course description: We start with a little theory and a rectus diastasis check. After a warm-up, we learn exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor, core and back. Various elements from different concepts (e.g. Pilates, Feldenkrais, yoga) are trained, which have a very good and efficient effect. Due to the small group size, your specific needs can be sufficiently addressed. At the end, targeted stretching exercises are shown to relax your body in the long term. Babies up to crawling age can of course be taken along to the course.

Course description: The children’s back school is intended as a preventive measure for children. There are courses for children in 2 age groups – for the “Minis” from 6 to 9 years and the “Teens” from 10 to approx. 13 years. The aim of the children’s back school is to prevent poor posture, to give children an understanding of upright posture, to motivate them to behave in a health-conscious manner, to train core strength and coordination and to convey the joy of movement.
The course is not suitable for children with scoliosis, as this requires individual training as part of individual physiotherapy.
Course dates: 4 dates of 50 minutes each, 2024, to be announced.
Participants: The course takes place with a minimum of 3 participants. Maximum number of participants is 4.

Description : In this workshop you will learn more about physical, mental and social development in the 1st year of life.
From baby to toddler in twelve months – and each baby at their own pace! During this time, parents also have many questions, which will be addressed in more detail in this workshop.

Description : This workshop is aimed at anyone who would like to know more about “healthy children’s feet”.
98% of all babies are born with healthy feet. But only around 40% of all adults still have healthy feet! What could be the reasons and influencing factors for this?
This workshop explains the anatomy and physiology of the (children’s) foot, the development of a healthy leg axis, tips on shoes and shoe sizes and the correct management of foot malpositions. There will also be sufficient time for questions on this topic.

Participants: The workshop takes place with a minimum of 4 participants. The maximum number of participants is 8. Babies up to crawling age are welcome.
