Registering for our prenatal class is very straightforward. Just select your date below.
To complete your registration, we kindly ask for the number of participants, the full names of all participants, your address, and a phone number.
The course is aimed at parents-to-be. Participation between the 28th and 34th week of pregnancy is recommended. Accompanying persons such as partners are also expressly welcome.
In the course, we deal with the natural course of birth, physical changes during birth, the right time to go to hospital or contact the midwife, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to support you during labor. The first time with the baby is also discussed.
The course costs 250 euros per couple. The price includes participation in the entire course day and snacks
Yes, participation as an individual is of course possible and very welcome. The birth preparation course is not aimed exclusively at couples, but also at expectant mothers or individuals who would like to prepare themselves consciously and with good support for the birth and the first time afterwards.
If you take part in the course alone, the participation fee is reduced to €200. In terms of content, the course is no different from participating as a couple. You will receive all the relevant information, practical exercises and space for questions in the same respectful and personal atmosphere. The exchange in the group can also be very enriching as an individual and offers the opportunity to network with other parents-to-be.
