Who is our first aid course for children suitable for?
The course is aimed at parents, parents-to-be, grandparents and caregivers (e.g. childminders) who want to act safely in an emergency with infants and children. Previous knowledge is not required.
What do I learn in the first aid course for children?
The course provides practical content, including the correct behavior in an emergency, making an emergency call, resuscitation for infants and children, dealing with breathing difficulties, choking, febrile convulsions, injuries, burns, poisoning and important accident prevention measures.
Is the course also suitable for parents who already have children?
Yes, the course is suitable for parents-to-be as well as for parents with existing children who want to refresh their knowledge or gain more confidence in an emergency.
Do I need to have any previous medical knowledge?
No, the course is specially designed for lay people and does not require any previous medical knowledge.
