The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2021). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
Personal data
Personal data that you transmit electronically via the contact form on this website, such as your name, e-mail address or other personal details, will only be used for the purpose stated in each case (e.g. making an appointment, inquiries, etc.), stored securely and not passed on to third parties. The web server automatically saves data such as the browser used, operating system, IP address, time of access, etc. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person without checking other data sources and we do not evaluate this data further as long as there is no illegal use of the website.
Data collection and processing
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be used for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of follow-up questions. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process your inquiries. Once your inquiry has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you below. In principle, we do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.
Purpose of data processing
Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. In addition, log files are temporarily stored in order to make access traceable for reasons of website security. The IP addresses are anonymized in the log files.
These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b.) GDPR, insofar as these cookies process data for contract initiation or contract processing.
If the processing does not serve to initiate or execute a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
