Hello, dear lucky charms!
I am Dr. Fiona Poyer, a specialist in pediatrics at Glückskind. Being a pediatrician is not just a job for me, but a mission of the heart that brings me joy every single day.
I completed my training at St. Anna Children's Hospital. There, in addition to comprehensive training in general pediatrics and adolescent medicine, I was also able to spend a lot of time on the pediatric oncology wards.
Caring for seriously ill children has especially shown me how important trust, honest communication, and support on an equal footing are. Especially in a child's early years, many questions, uncertainties, and new challenges arise.
It's important to me that parents always feel well looked after with their concerns and questions. In my practice, the child is always the central focus – at the same time, I always see pediatrics as accompanying the whole family. I'm very much looking forward to accompanying you and your children on a part of your journey together.
