Nutritionist & dietician
Teach your child healthy eating habits in a playful way and without pressure
As a nutritionist and dietician, my great vision is to help your family and your child build a healthy relationship with food. In my consultations, it is particularly important to me to give evidence-based recommendations in order to consciously differentiate myself from the many nutritional recommendations that circulate on the Internet and often cause confusion. During my training I worked in hospitals and rehabilitation centers for children. It quickly became clear that I wanted to focus on this age group in particular. I have been self-employed since the beginning of 2022 and advise women during pregnancy and postpartum as well as babies and children. I am an absolute family man and grew up in a large family with four brothers.
Nutrition counseling process
Nutrition counseling process
- If there is a medical diagnosis, a doctor’s referral is required. If there are no diagnoses, as is the case with a classic complementary feeding consultation, this is not necessary.
- When you book your first appointment, you will receive an online questionnaire that you fill out for your child before the consultation. This helps me to take as accurate a nutritional history as possible and saves us valuable time during the consultation.
- In the first appointment, I get to know your child’s eating habits in order to develop a joint nutritional concept based on this. Depending on the topic, knowledge transfer and instructions for exercises take place. At the end, we usually set specific goals. After the initial appointment, you will receive consultation documents tailored to your child, including prescriptions.
- Depending on the subject of the consultation, a follow-up appointment may be useful or even necessary.
